Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. Some items may arrive in separate packages so nothing slows your delivery down; you will receive tracking for each shipment.

Tracking

Tracking links can take 24-48 hours to show their first update after the label is created. If your tracking has not moved in several days, email us and we will look into it right away.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control, such as weather or peak-season volume. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at support@pawsanctuaryco.com and we will make it right.
