Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email support@pawsanctuaryco.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice. You will not pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

 

Return shipping

For other returns, such as a change of mind or an incorrect size ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

 

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, items with significant pet hair, odor, or wear cannot be accepted for return.
