Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days in the US. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every US order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at support@pawsanctuaryco.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund - your choice. You will not pay return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.

Products

How do I pick the right size?
Measure your pet from nose to base of tail while they are lying down, then add a few inches so they can stretch. Each product page includes a size guide, and we are happy to help by email.

Are your products safe for pets?
We curate for pet-safe, durable materials, and remove anything that does not meet the bar. If you ever have a concern about a product, tell us - we take it seriously.
