Track your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Here is how to find your delivery status:

1. Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from PawSanctuary (search for "your order is on the way"). The tracking link is inside.
2. Click the tracking link to see live carrier updates. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan after the label is created.
3. Need help? If you cannot find your confirmation email or your tracking has not updated in several days, email support@pawsanctuaryco.com with your order number and we will track it down for you within 24 hours.

Most US orders arrive within 5-10 business days of ordering.
